Breadcrumb link broken

Hi Team,

This forum helps me in so many critical situation, thank you so much for that.

Am facing some different kind of issue this time, I am having a breadcrumb component, when i create a page at particular level the link is broken.

When i roll out the same page it is showing properly in the country site.

Don't know what is causing this issue.

What do you see for breadcrumb link in source code before and after rollout?

Is this out of box component or your own? Any errors u see in browser console or error..log
