Campaign not showing up in Adobe Target

Created a new Campaign, and this is not showing up in Adobe Target. Not sure what i am missing. Appreciate any help or advice.

Steps i've done:

1. The configuration on AEM Cloud services to connect to Target is already setup and shows the message "Adobe Test & Target configuration is successful..."

There is a "configuration" and "framework" setup.

2. I ACTIVATED this service

3. In WCM, under Campaigns, created a new Campaign.. and in the Properties > Cloud services selected the above Test&Target config

4. ACTIVATED the Campaign

I am assuming that at this point, the Campaign should show up in Adobe Target but is not showing.

Adding more steps:

5. I went into http://localhost:4502/miscadmin#/etc/cloudservices and ACTIVATED "Adobe Target" configuration

6. This i think created a new Replication Agent on my Author and Publisher. Should i configure these? If so what values? Attaching screenshots.

There are a couple of steps involved for Enabling the Target replication agent and linking the Target Framework with your site.

Referring to Feature Pack 6985 referenced at the provided link, how can I get that?

The campaign will not sync with Target until you have targeted a piece of content on a page and then activated that page.

Make sure to also activate your segmentation rule.

Thanks Sekhar.. we tried those steps several times. Did a lot of looking on the forums/blogs Still having the trouble. I think we maybe missing a small steps or config somewhere that is not documented. We also tried with documentation of other versions as well.
