Can't find where to add Image Profiles in AEM 6.2

I'm using AEM 6.2 and I can't find how to add Image Profiles as described in this documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/content/assets/processing-profiles/image-profiles.html). It says they can be added under Tools >  Assets > Image Profiles, but there is no such option. I've attached a screenshot of the options available at that path. Is there somewhere I need to enable the Image Profiles option so it will show up?

Reply for the team is:-

"Image Profile" is a media feature and we would not be able to see it if dynamic media is not enabled. We need to enable dynamic media first to have Image Profile there.

Note:- We have to have licenses for it.
