Can´t publish collections AEM Mobile /Blocked

Please help me
I can publish content, articles, but something is wrong when I try to publish my updated collections.
Is the any problem with platform?

Adobe Engineering in North America is shutdown this week so people are probably not monitoring this forum as attentively as usual.
