Hi @siva_vjwd ,Upgrade can be done but as its a major upgrade we can use tools like https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/implementing/developing/devtools/modernization-toolshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/implementing/developing/devtools/dialog-conversionhttps://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/aem-archetype-update-from-version-22-to-47/m-p/651541Thanks

We have recently migrated from 25 to 47. Here are the pointers we had to work on:

Move the code in right modules based on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/aem-project-content-package-structure
We are updating dispatcher as separate activity than the remaining project. This module needs in-depth involvement to segregate in right structure and files
Update dependencies in pom.xml
You might also have old versions of dependencies like ACS Commons etc. Consider updating them separate from Archtype update
Update java 8->java 11 as a separate activity
Also, you might run into Solved: Re: GroupID missing from Bundle Symbolic name - Adobe Experience League Community - 692888

The reason why I am suggesting to execute many upgrades separately is to reduce the number of parameters changing in the system

It is also a good time to investigate and clean up redundant stuff.
