Cannot apply schema template to asset folder

Hi everybody.

My today's issue is related to Metadata Schema templates. I have create a custom schema template via Tools > Assets > Metadata Schemas. I have followed the documentation here: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/content/assets/metadata-schemas.html, paragraph "Applying folder-specific metadata". At that paragraph, at step 6, it mentions a button called "Apply to Folder(s)". The problem is that I don't have this in my UI. I mention that i am logged in with admin, and I have AEM 6.1 and that every other steps in the documentation worked for me, expect this one.

In addition I have tried other way to apply the schema template to my folder, via http://localhost:4502/damadmin#/content/dam. See the bellow images. But neither this didn't worked for me. I don't see any templates available in the list.

Any hint on why may this be happening? And how to make it work ?

Please try to do this via Touch UI.

http://localhost:4502/mnt/overlay/dam/gui/content/metadataschemaeditor/schemalist.html/dam/content/schemaeditors/forms

Select schema and "Apply to Folder(s)" appears.
