Components added or removed not appearing in aem 6.4.4

Hi,

in our env when a new component is added that component is appearing in editable template and not seen in the policy section as well.

In the same way if any component is removed , it is still appearing in the side rail in the env.

issue will be resolved if the instance is restarted.

has anyone faced the similar issue?

- Check if the component is marked as hidden

- Do you get any errors when the component is added or removed ?

- Try installing SP7 and if you still face the same issue, i would recommend logging a daycare ticket.
