Configuration Browser Missing

I am working with AEM 6.2 local instance. Here the Configuration Browser is missing. Can someone guide me on how to enable it so that I can create Editable templates? I would really appreciate it if someone helps me.

@ameen_dev  As suggested by @parakhma you should get configuration browser link, if not, enter below URL and see if it works, if you are still not getting the required,  you should check the error logs and see if you are getting any error, exceptions.

    I am getting this error.
    “resource not found: no resource found”
