Hi All,

We have a brand new site built upon on AEM and we want to migrate existing content from Sitecore(7.1) to AEM 6.0.If anyone has already done sitecore to AEM content migration please suggest in what format you got data from sitecore system.

Highly appreciate all your replies.

Thanks

Hi

Please have a look at this bolg post:-

Link:- http://www.tothenew.com/blog/content-migration-in-aem-using-slingpostservlet/

// This talks about CMS(that could be Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress or any other CMS)  to AEM concept.

  • Get content from source CMS in any format(XML, CSV, etc)
  • Process this content and extract content that needs to be exported to AEM. This would include parsing XML/CSV exported by source CMS and massaging it(if needed).
  • The processed content is then imported to AEM. There can be various strategies for this, like Talend, Package Manager and SlingPostServlet.

I hope this would help you.

Hi @kautuk_sahni

It looks like the above link is not working. Could you please share any new links to achieve this requirement?

Thanks,

PK
