Is there away to count how many times people access a page based on tag?

And after that personalization the content based on most viewed tag page.

I think you can achieve this with a combination of AEP and Target.

AEP provides a combined identity view

Checking which tag is the most popular based on page views is something you need to analyze at client side in web pages. This you can achieve in multiple ways based on your project setup (architecture). If you are working with AEM on Prem (Standalone AEM instance) , it would be best to work with Adobe Analytics (AA) to track data like page view and tag info.
And then personalize data using Adobe Target (AT).

    Hi,

     

    I think you could achieve this using Adobe Experience Cloud Identity Service (ECID) and then you could filter by this type of new audience/segment using Adobe Analytics.
