CQ Annotations Permission

How can we make a group to just do annotations but page cannot be editable? I tried rep:glob but that doesn't work because it restricts instead of making permissions broader. (read all pages, then add write permissions on cq:annotations node)

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the reply.

But I have tried exactly that, when I gave a group allow and rep:restrictions and rep:glob as /*/cq:annotations/* (on parent home page)  All pages becomes editable and also annotations still throws access error.

Have you tried this and it worked?
