CQ5.6.1 integration with LDAP

Question

Hi,i am trying to integrate LDAP with CQ5.6.1.I have created users in LDAP server but when i am trying to synchronize the users between AEM and LDAP,the users are not getting synced up. But when the same user with the same details are being created in AEM, then it gets synced properly.Am i doing it correctly or is there any other way of syncing users between LDAP and AEM?

Hi,I tried all those mentioned steps in the article for cq5.6.1 but still i was unable to sync new users created between CQ and LDAP(Apache DS)Any inputs would be helpful.
