CQ5 Client LIbrary Manager Question

I have a question regarding CQ Client Libraries.  I currently am implementing a hybrid approach.

 

For Example,

We have client libraries folders under each one of our components

We also have a client library folder under our /etc/designs folder.  This folder embeds teh client library categories specified inside the apps/components directory.

 

My question is this, using this approach is there a way to only include the client libraries for the components that are actually authored onto the page?

 

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

The client library functionality does not support that sort of dynamic generation to my knowledge.
