In my local AEM instance, I am trying to create a page after choosing a template from the available templates. But after I choose a template, the create button is disabled (greyed out). How can I enable the create button?

You may see such error on the page & *(asterisk) which shows those are required fields to enable Create Button. Refer below screenshot for reference.
