Creating Adobe CQ feed components that display social data

Hi,

I need to display external social site content in AEM page and came across the following URL:

https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/creating-cq-feed-components-display.html

Although its URL indicates generic, this page describes displaying only Twitter content on AEM page using Twitter API.

How about the other social media like Facebook?

Is there a place where I could get the procedure for displaying all social media?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Rama.

Hi all,

Will Adobe Social help here?

What should we resort to?

A tool like Janrain?

Appreciate your patience.

Thanks,

Rama.

Rama,

There are no great features available OOTB regarding social media integration. And, except twitter & facebook, You won't find any other social integration. Not even Gmail.

Only good features, I found, is social login with facebook & twitter only.

Hi all,

So, do you confirm that OOB AEM integrates with Facebook and Twitter only and not to other Social media like Instagram?

Do we have to use an external tool like Janrain to connect with all Social Media?

Appreciate your responses.

Thanks,

Rama.

Even this URL discusses about Facebook and Twitter functionalities only and not those of other social channels like Instagram.

The name itself is "Social Channels"!

Thanks,

Rama.

Here is the doc which explains about fetching content from social media.
