While designing cq:dialog we generally use CRXDE or we update the _cq_dialog/.content.xml file. But there is no feature like designing metadata schema or CF model for cq:dialog. There should be a feature called Design Component Dialog using drag n drop.

This is a great idea, and we've been thinking about it as well. It would however require a deeper rethinking of how AEM components function and a large implementation effort. For now, we won't be able to prioritize it for the next 6 months, but we'll for sure keep this idea in our mind.

@hamid1350 I talking about component cq:dialog which is used for authoring purpose and not for cq:design_dialog.

Hi @suraj_kamdi

Thanks for submitting this Reqeust for Feature Enhancement (RFE). There are some aspects of design dialogs that are available in Design Mode e.g. the design dialog for parsys [1]. So are you referring to a similar feature ? It may not actually have D&D functionality but it provide a GUI approach for design. Also it would be helpful if you can provide a specific use case for this RFE since this is a broad topic. Thanks
