DAM asset management - "reordering" message

What is triggering the "reordering" message I receive (see attached screen shot) when I'm selecting multiple assets to activate within the DAM (using shift-click or control-click)? I'm not looking to reorder anything; I simply want to activate them.

I think based on browser version the click might trigger the reorder message. This was regression bug & I thaught it is fixed.  If not please file daycare with aem version, browser version.
