DAM is converting pngs to JPGs and back to PNGs, increasing file size by 3x

@johnea1 is this happening for all PNGs? any specific folder path or everywhere? What is the AEM version you are using?

Every image. We'll optimize an image down to 500kB, upload it, and then it'll re-render to 1.6MB.
