We plan to introduce this capability for iOS viewers in our release due in about three weeks. Woot!

WE are very much in favor of tablet and phone app seperation as well. Not everyone creates content that scales well or is a good user experience on both devices. Especially when we create content with a lot of educational interaction. We'd see it as a high value to have the option to choose.

    It is not possible at the time.

    DPS 2015 generates apps that are iPad/iPhone compatible.

    There's been a few others interested in device specific apps.
