Disabling Consistency Checks
I've noticed that the consistency check is runnning nearly every time I startup my instance of AEM. Is there a way to prevent this on startup or at least increase the time between checks?

please check the repository.xml or workspace.xml files from the installation directory of you CQ/AEM.It has related configs. to disable auto consistency checker option and set time intervals.
