Docs download URL throwing 404 error

Trying to download an older version 6.1's docs package from this page

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-release-information/aem-release-updates/previous-updates/aem-previous-versions.html

but

the downloads page throws 404 error

https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aem.html?package=/content/software-distribution/en/details.html/content/dam/aem/public/adobe/packages/aem-docs/aem-docs-6-1.zip

Did Adobe silently remove all docs packages without informing it's customers?

I don't see a reason why Adobe would do that.

I am able to download through the link you mentioned, Please find the screenshot below.

Probably, the account that you have logged in through may not have enough permissions, please check if you are able to download other files.

You have permission issue , Raised Adobe ticket or any one who have the admin access they can give the access for that.
