Does Hobbes require a separate license?

I am interested in using the Hobbes.js testing framework, but I am not sure if it requires an additional license in the same manner that Test and Target is a separate license. 

Any insights would be great. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

As per the documentation itself The framework is now available for public use for testing your AEM applications, hence it doesn't require an additional license.
