DPS 2015 - Is this still in "Beta"

hello good people of earth.

Is DPS 2015 still in the official Beta phase? if so... when does it "actually" launch?

Is there going to be somewhat of an overlay panel/builder etc for indesign coming? or will all of this be done through a web-interface?
