Dynamic tag management service disabled in AEM 6.4

Hi,

We are working on AEM 6.4. The dynamic tag management service under cloudservices is disabled and we are unable to enable it.

path : /etc/cloudservices/dynamictagmanagement.html

We have configured values as well under the service, but it remains disabled.

Can someone please let us know, what are the different cases in which this service will be disabled. We are unable to figure out the reason.

Hi,

Though we encourage you to use Adobe  Launch, but in AEM 6.4, we do have STM configuration under legacy configurations.

Check http://<host:port>/libs/cq/core/content/tools/cloudservices.html
