Actually this issue is occurred one of our custom CSS.

Our page layout is defined in x-y-z dimensions ,so we need to adjust look and feel by defining the appropriate values.

We adjusted these values and problem got solved.

Thanks,

Kishore

Is it browser specific? Check it on incognito as well.

Please share the browser console logs error if any .

Thanks and Regards

Never saw this,

Looks like more of CSS issue.

Try to remove complete CSS and then see the behavior
