Feature Request: Use a different color scheme for CRXDE Lite in each of author/publish instances

Hi,

Right now CRXDE is always rendered with a blue color scheme. Sometimes this could lead someone working in an author instance while thinking he is on the publish instance, especially when the URL is auto completed in the browser's address bar.

It would be good if the current run modes were displayed next to the CRXDE logo:

And/or the color scheme of CRXDE was different for an instance that runs in author run mode vs an instance that runs in the publish run mode, etc.
