How can I access the latest dispatcher download?

It is nice to see new released for the AEM dispatcher Apache module, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-dispatcher/using/getting-started/release-notes.html?lang=en, but where can I download the files, so I can setup it up on my local docker?
