How to add a custom link to CRXDE Lite Menu (After Tools button)

 I am just trying to figure out how to add a custom button/link to CRXDE Lite main menu. My requirement is to add a upload button at top of CRXDE Lite. (After Tools Link).

 

Please advise me.

with CQ 5.5 onwards crx run inside osgi & no OOB option to configure it.    You might need to decompile crxde light jar & make changes which is not advisable.
