How to add asset share commons into an existing AEM project?

I want to add Asset Share Commons Site into my existing AEM maven project. I will be doing custom development for Asset Share Commons.

Link to Asset Share Commons

https://github.com/adobe/asset-share-commons

Can someone provide steps for what configurations and folders/files need to be placed into my AEM maven project?

Thanks

@umair-afzal  You can have multiple projects with one parent pom and common dispatcher module. Follow the steps as described here:
