How to add custom attributes/metadata in AEM.

Could someone please help me create custom attributes in AEM. I need a tab and want to create few custom attributes inside that tab.

I want the custom attributes for every asset that uses specific template. For example. PFA image.

[img]AEM Query.jpg[/img]

For example: Geometrixx outdoors mobile site something like below. I need the same thing to be done.

[img]AEM Query Outdoors.jpg[/img]
