How to create a dialog for navigation?

Is it possible to create a dialog for navigation where you can add and delete lists?

yup I already found a solution, which is this one

although I still have a problem with it.

the values in the multi field can be saved. but after that, when I configure the component the dialog doesnt open anymore

What error are you getting while configuring the component and trying to open the dialog. Can you check from console and update

To me you are looking for a multi-field dialog.
