how to create custom Tile for an Assets Project?

I want to Override node which is of type "granite:InternalArea" under path :/libs/cq/core/content/projects/properties

Ideally we should not be able to override such Nodes.

Hence, it is suggested to create an Asset Project Customized Tile and implement changes on this Asset Project Tile.
