Hi 

Supporting to what Scott has mentioned, PhoneGap app is AEM site. So we can do what we can do for AEM Sites.

A PhoneGap app is just another AEM site with different JS and CSS. I do not think there is no reason why you cannot use BluePrints with PhoneGap apps. The AEM documentation does not say you cannot use PhoneGap app with Blueprint. 

However - I will double check on mon to ensure this is indeed the case.
