How to create util timeout class for different file format in java.

Hi all,

 

I have a requirement to write a util class to calculate timeout for different file format in java using default speed configuration. How to calculate the timeout for different file format?

    Can you provide more detail on what youre trying to achieve? I dont understand what "timeout" youre referring to, and how/why a file format would influence it's value. This simply sounds like a custom class.
