You can download AEM 6.3 from daycare portal if you have access to daycare.

https://daycare.day.com/home/products/cq_wcm/aem-63.html

An official way to get a software is to download it from LWS [1]. If it is not listed on Licensing website, best would be to contact them. Details below. Please keep in mind that only certain people from an account can access LWS and download the product with a license.

When signing a contact, a buyer submits a main contact to Adobe so afterwards only main contact can add another person to LWS.

If you don’t know who is this person you can contact Adobe Customer Service Adobe Customer Service via cuscare@adobe.com.

They will review your contract and help to identify your internal contact.

You can re-use previous version license (i.e. license.properties file).

Contact your sales contact at Adobe, he/she can give you access to the license-portal.
