How to maintain catalogs in multiple languages?

I have a product catalog that needs to be available in multiple languages.  The initial language is working correctly and it seems that new folders for new translated product data need to be created and manually maintained.  Is this the right way to handle this?

Yes - Thanks for the follow-up.  I'm good for now.

I tried accessing the webinar through the playback link on your page, but it didn't seem to work.  I was able to find it at https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kt/eseminars/ask-the-expert/atace-index.html
