How to show and hide the delete and move icons in Touch UI based on User groups?

Hi Team,

In touch UI, show can i show or hide the delete and move icons based on the user groups.

We have one requirement where we should not show delete icon in the assets.html page of the touch UI, How can i do this. In classic  UI we are able to do it using ACLs.

Please help me out.

I wanted to hide the delete icon if i am login with a  "x" user. How can i do that.
