Hybris server not connecting

Hi

I am working on CQ+Hybris integration. I installed all the below packages but i am unable to connect hybris server. I get an "unable to connect" page when i try to access the hMC using the url 
https://localhost:9002/hmc/hybris
 or
https://localhost:9001/hmc/hybris

a.cq-commerce-content-5.5.4

b.cq-hybris-content-5.5.2

c.cq-hybris-server-5.5.0

Can you please help me to resolve this problem

Version looks right & should work.  After installing the package have you waited long enough?  Also can you file daycare to get latest commerce package for 5.5

Which version of AEM & java version? Try to get latest package from package share.

hi Sham

i am using CQ5.5 and Java 6. I installed the following packages as mentioned in http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/5-5/ecommerce/eCommerce-framework.html#Deploying eCommerce with hybris


cq-commerce-content-5.5.4
cq-hybris-content-5.5.2
cq-hybris-server-5.5.0

Can you please let me know do i need to change or update any other package.

Hi Sham,

Thanks for response.I waited for long time after installing the packages. Even i restarted CQ5.5 instance multiple times but no use.

Can you please let me know the url where i can file daycare for latest commerce 5.5 package.

I contacted Adobe team through live chat.They are telling this is Software issue and i could not able to get proper feedback.Can you please give me idea to resolve this.
