/libs/wcm/core/i18n. Inside this folder I can see few locales i18n files with many keys and values

How this i18n files created under this path /libs/wcm/core/i18n?

@user96222 : Whatever you see under /libs comes with AEM installation itself.
You can say it is coming with AEM out-of-the-box. It also means you should not change anything here as it gets overridden with AEM updates etc.

If you notice, this i18n folder will be slightly greyed out when viewed in CRXde lite which indicates this is an internal area.
