In Consistent Check good revision not found. How to fix this issue?

I ran below command for consistency check in author, but i did not found any good revision Id.

does it mean that , i have to clean jurnal.log file and run compaction job again.

Please suggest.

Please follow part B. Remove corrupted nodes manually of below document to fix the issue:
