Hi, We need to initiate a custom workflow whenever a CF is created or edited. This workflow must undergo review by multiple teams (T1, T2, etc.) before proceeding to approval.Team T2 has several subgroups (T21, T22, etc.), and when T1 starts the workflow, the T2 groups should be loaded, allowing the selection of either T21 or T22..Once a subgroup is chosen, the users within that group should be displayed, enabling the initiator to select multiple users for the review process. However, the documentation for ParticipantStepChooser suggests that only individual users or groups can be selected. We are using AEM 6.5. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Divya

Hi Team I have requirement where based on logged in user I want to restrict folder creation and content fragment creation. Requirement is:I have two user groups authors and reviewers.Authors can create content fragment but should not create and delete folders under /content/dam/aaa/bbbReviewers can create and delete folders but should not create content fragments under path /content/dam/aaa/bbb I have written servlet to identify the user groups.Also using repo scripts I am able to restrict create button but unable to achieve folder and content fragment restriction. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance. 

AEM 6.5 SP13 We have a code bundle with a search component that is in a failed state when the instance is restarted. Looking around /system/console we see what looks like a conflict with jersey client / jersey core libraries when it's broken (i.e. after instance is restarted). So far, I have discovered 2 scenarios that seem to fix the issue once the instance has been restarted and the search is broken: 1) If we redeploy the code with mvn clean install -P deploy profile, the search component is fixed 2) If within the /system/console I select the "refresh package imports" button for this bundle, the problem also almost always resolves Is it possible to refresh package imports for a bundle via cURL? I imagine the number of the bundle could change making this more difficult that it might already be. Thanks for any help!

Hi All, When alt text is input and/or inherited to a component, does the component do some kind of transformation to make the text readable? In other words, is there a process making alt text readable to screen readers or is it innately readable? Would appreciate guidance on this, thank you!

When I enter metadata to a psd via file info on Photoshop, then upload the psd to AEM, the metadata isn't showing up in the properties>metadata for the file in AEM. Is there any way to facilitate the metadata on my local file transferring with the file into AEM?

Hi Team, As per Adobe recommendation to avoid "race condition", Dispatcher Flush Agent is configured in Publish Instance for our project.Now, we want to use ACS common "Dispatcher Flush UI" (link below) feature which enables Author to clear flush manually.https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/dispatcher-flush-ui/index.html Problem Statement:This ACS tool requires dispatcher flush agent to be configured on Author. So what should be recommended approach in this scenario?Can we have dispatcher flush agent in both Author and Publish? Will it not make flush request twice? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hi everyone,I'm wondering if anyone has run into the Adobe 500 error page (aka error page of death), even when the ACS Commons error handler is enabled in AEM as a Cloud Service.  According to the docs on the ACS Commons page - see table of incompatible ACS Commons items on https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/pages/compatibility.html#aem-as-a-cloud-service-feature-incompatibility - error handling should work properly in AEMaaCS.  Additionally, it's working for us for 404s.  However, unfortunately, if one of our components throws a 500 error, we get the Adobe error page instead of our custom error page.  Obviously we should be catching these errors, but we want to make sure that we're serving client-specific error pages if anything unexpected happens. Hello Community,  We have a requirement to lock the payload until the workflow is approved and finally unlock the payload as part of the workflow process. My question is: in the workflow, can the user add one or multiple pages? If it is a single page, I believe the OOTB unlock process step can lock the payload and unlock it once approved. However, in the case of multiple pages, the payload is a package and all the pages will be part of the package. In this scenario, will the lock process be capable of locking and unlocking the pages, or do we need to write some custom code to perform the lock/unlock for all the pages attached as part of the workflow? Can someone advise on this?

We tried to whitelist domains only for specific IP addresses. Hello team, we have a custom workflow in which we are trying to add some assets to the payload, and we are getting this error even though the assets are not referenced in the pages. (For example, if page-a.html is added to the workflow and we try to add the image test.jpg, we are getting this error even though test.jpg is not referenced in page-a.html.) Hello guys, How to check if user has replicate rights using java. I found an Interface named AccessControlManager but it don't have any method or property to check replicate privilege of the user.
