Looking to use AEM/React combination where react would be an embed component/web component for AEM and will use Apollo graph QL client for API - Any suggestion here 

Hello, We have an apple-app-site-association file located in /.well-known/apple-app-site-association which is being downloaded when requested thru a browser.  We would like the file to be displayed as json output instead.  Examining the headers shows the following: Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="apple-app-site-association"Content-Type: application/octet-stream I assume that the Content-Type needs to be application/json or something other than octed-stream to prevent the file from downloading.  Is it possible to configure this somehow?  I have already tried setting a format in CRX as well as adding an exclusion to the Content Disposition Filter with no success.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Experts, We are creating a dynamic component in AEM (SPA Angular) called the search widget component, which calls a third-party API. This call can be triggered from the browser, but the API requires an API key, which we don't want to expose in the network call. Therefore, we are considering triggering the call from the publisher as a servlet. Is it recommended to use the publisher as middleware in this case? Since this component is expected to handle significant traffic, with 200-400 TPS, relying on the publisher may not be ideal. I understand that publishers are not designed to handle such activities. In this situation, what would be the ideal solution? Your help is greatly appreciated! 

I have implemented the Embed component and added an embeddable within it. However, when I open the dialog for the Embed component, I am unable to see the newly added embeddable listed in the drop-down menu under the 'Allowed Embeddables' section, which is preventing me from selecting it. They have requested that the content fragment should have a default value when being created but also accept an empty string for the value. However, with the value property assigned there is no way to currently save an empty value.Is there a possible workaround for this?Thanks.

Hi Team,We are trying to compress our DAM PDF through custom workflow which will internally call Adobe PDF service SDK. We have used below dependency <dependency><groupId>com.adobe.documentservices</groupId><artifactId>pdfservices-sdk</artifactId><version>2.1.0</version></dependency> We are able to compile code but while deploying the bundle it is not able to resolve com.adobe.pdfservices.operation -- Cannot be resolved   If anyone has already faced this issue and know the solution for it. please let me know   

Hi, I have a task - hundreds of assets in various folders need a few tags applied one them. The tags are the same three / four tags for all the assets. I have an excel sheet list of assets that need tagging which seem was exported as a csv initially. The sheet only includes filenames with the path /content/dam/.../filename.jpg. Tags that need adding are from different locations within the tag hierarchy.  Is there a smart way to deal with this task? Currently I am manually navigating to folders, finding and selecting multiple files, then adding tags through file properties; or if I use search function for single file then I apply tags through manage tags feature. I do not have superuser access as nobody here knows anything about it, not even IT, however I am the admin of the library... with this task.   I am not using CRXDE Lite because even Adobe team suggests not to use this interface for some reason...  Any assistance will be much app

Hi Team,We have a requirement to create a few components that are mostly similar to out-of-the-box (OOTB) components, but with additional fields such as text fields or extra descriptions on certain fields. We will override those components, provide a sling:resourceSuperType, and create a dialog for the new fields. My question is whetherIn the HTL, do I need to include only the new fields that I have added in the dialog?I should also update the Sling model to accommodate these new fields.?And also how can I implement custom styles for the fields values, since most of the values are from slingSuperType ? -Should I add complete HTL from libs then it will become overlay ?AEMasCSThanks,

Dear Advisors,I would like to need your valuable input AEM as a cloud service.                                                                             1) We have multiple instances in cloud like (Dev, Uat, Stage and Prod Etc), some of the instance not using now so if there is any costing is involved if up and running? 2) Unused instances would like to hibernate and de-hibernate according to the need. Whether will be able to do that from our side without Adobe support team (In cloud sandbox environment we can able to hibernate and de-hibernate in dev console).Regards,Thoufik

I have a project that uses content fragments to hold configuration information that is being exposed through servlets. The problem I am seeing is that if I create content fragments on my local and then create a package to deploy them to the develop environment for testing, because of versioning information the UI breaks and I am unable to modify them in the develop environment. The ugly part for me is that the versioning information for the content fragments is mixed in with all of the other assets that are versioned and I wouldn't want to mix that information into a package and cherry picking individual items would be VERY painful. So my question is what would be the best way to package up content fragments into a CRX package that can be uploaded to the different environments and not break the UI so that they could be maintained after being deployed?

 AEM 65 on-premise - I see the Styles are being broken when i add the component via "sly data-sly-resource" tag.example:at this component " /apps/weretail/components/content/list/list.html " am adding " /apps/weretail/components/content/teaser " with below tag. I obsereve that Style system of Teaser works fine when its being added outside with in Parsys but not when added via "data-sly-resource".Is there any extra steps/configs that needs to be done to make the styles to work.?Included component :<div> <sly data-sly-resource="${'testvar' @resourceType='/apps/weretail/components/content/teaser', decoration='true'}"></sly></div> Styles broken : Styles works in parsys :  

Hi,We are using asset share commons and there are a few pages where we display restricted assets to a restricted group of people. We use CUG to achieve this. CUGs are applied in the folder and published. We have SAML authentication enabled and the below two properties are updated as mentioned. Everything has been working for the last 1.5 years and suddenly it stopped working last week even though we didn't change anything. So as a user who is a member of CUG, I'm still not able to see the CUG assets in the asset share commons page. Looks like the user is not getting added to the respective group in the publish instance, even if the property is marked as true. I have been exploring the template on https://github.com/adobe/aem-headless-app-templates for Next.js integration with AEM. This only seems to work with Next.JS 12 and not the latest Next.js. AEM remotepagenext resource type seems to hit two endpoints in Next.js. One to get the next data props and the other to get the asset manifiest.  Next JS 14 doesnt seem to have the next data dom element especially if you use the new app router. Also the asset manifest generated by WebpackAssetsManifest plugin does not output any meaningful entrypoint files like main.js What is the recommended way to integrate with AEM? Next.js 12 is no longer receiving official security updates and that is a big no to downgrade.

When uploading a new asset why is AEM 6.5 creating a default web rendition(1000*1000) when dam update asset workflow is updated( to not have any web renditions(removed the default 1280 too)) 

HiI am very new to Adobe Experience Manager and we're playing with the Style plugin within the Rich Text Editor in AEM.We have successfully implemented the Style dropdown in the RTE. However I'd like to be able to pick a block level element and select a style from the drop down and apply it to the block level element ie img, p, h3.It's working kind but the class="this-style" is determined to be applied to a span rather than img class="this-style". I read in the Config documentation, "Stylized content is enclosed in span tags using the class attribute to refer to the CSS class. Hi everyone, I'm looking for the best way to upgrade our local SDK version for AEMaaCS. Right now, we're packaging our content and installing it in the new SDK, but this is really time consuming and a bit of a hassle to do every time we have a SDK upgrade.  Does anyone have any suggestions on a better way to do this, maybe a way we can automate this process to make things easier for all our developers? Appreciate any help and resources, thanks!
