Adobe Experience Manager Sites

I am trying to do AEM setup in my local device. I am using AEM 6.5 jar along with java 8, node 22, and maven 3.9.8I start my instance, and as soon as I install the service pack the AEM crashes with error 503, authentication service missing.Initially I was trying to use service pack 6.5.17, I thought it could be some compatibility issue so I tried with 6.5.15 but still facing same issue.I tried checking error logs but I don't see any error. 

I cannot find any documentation online that shows us how to setup Federation ID for new users instead of Adobe ID. We have set Settings > New Directory and added new domains there with a IDP meta data file from Entra ID, and verified them, but its not possible for us to create new users like tom@likely.com which should be a Federation ID based and not Adobe ID based. How would we solve this?

I am working with Phrase Connector using the document (https://support.phrase.com/hc/en-us/articles/5709667773084-Adobe-Experience-Manager-AEM-TMS#:~:text=template%20as%20configured.-,AEM%20Configuration,-Install%20the%20Plugin) but I am getting error. After the 3rd step, i am giving build which fails. cannot find aem-memsource-plugin.all:zip:3.0.1 . Could you please help , Thanks

we have aem-6.5.20 on-prem version managed by AMS currently we have saml integration for static page paths as below/content/mysite/eu/en/private-portal/content/mysite/eu/de/private-portal/content/mysite/eu/fr/private-portal We configured in saml section in configMgr with Synchronized Attributes . it is working as expected till today Now our new use-case is we wanted to do sso for dynamic page paths instead of  static page paths.We have login button in header section of all pages. if user clicks on login button then we need to do saml authentication programmatically and do the sso. Also we need to get the Synchronized Attributes from com.adobe.granite.security.user.UserProperties object. In this case i need to remove the saml config from configMgr. Not sure how to start and where we need to pass certalias key programmatically. Thanks in advance for your solutions and suggestion.    

Hi All.With Document Authoring, I'm doing some experiment with mounpoints. I change the mount points from / to /doc, but after commit the change, opening a document, sidekick response with this:Seeing network, this https://admin.hlx.page/sidekick/alessandrogiupponi/edge-ds-tutorial/main/config.json goes to 404.Rollback from /doc to /, the error in sidekick persists, I delete the sidekick configuration and remade id, but the error persist, what i'm doing wrong?RegardsAlessandro

Hi All,I created a content approval workflow added participant step and user, when I logged in with assigned user I'm able to see only complete, StepBack, Delegate options for the workflow but not reject how to reject a workflow. If I want to users to approve the workflow only after two users approved the workflow then it should go to next step how to achieve this.We should implement Participant step?Thanks,Keerthi K.

Now, I want to integrate a third repository, which is a React repository (Repo C), with the AEM repo. I've added the `clientlib.config.js` file and updated the `package.json`. During the `npm run build` process, a new clientlib is successfully generated in the AEM repo, containing the minified JS and CSS files from the React repo.Now, I need to create an AEM component and map it to a component from the React repo. While exploring for Content Sync Tool across environments (Dev,Stage,Prod) for AEM 6.5.17.0 (AMS), I came across below Community post and started exploring AECU Tool by Valtech. I am bit confused about the Tool as what I am looking for is an automated solution for Content migration (Pages, Assets, XF, CF etc.) but AECU looks to provide solution for doing some adjustment to Content (like move nodes/attributes, change resourcetype etc.) using Groovy Script. Hi All, I have an use case where a 3rd party system make a post call to AEM author and post a payload (this is webhook scenario).Based on the timestamp of the request, I should ignore older requests.For this I’m thinking to store under /content to verify timestamp like below,/content/abc/en                      /webhooks                        /webhook-id                         -timestamp - Date - <time stamp value> So that, whenever requests comes in, i can fetch respective node and compare timestamps.If that is latest one process the request & update the timestamp.If that is older than existed timestamp will ignore. Please suggest me the best practice in this case. Thanks,Raju.

Hi AEM community,  I'm currently working on implementing URL rewriting as mentioned below:  From: `/content/test/en/gyms/services/personal-training/location` To: `/gyms/location/services/personal-training`  The goal is to have the public-facing URL as `/gyms/location/services/personal-training`, which will correspond to the internal URL of `/content/test/en/gyms/services/personal-training/location.html`.  I've configured the etc/map mapping and resource resolver config entries accordingly (please see the attached screenshots).While this setup works flawlessly in the local publisher environment, it's encountering issues when deployed to AEM cloud publish environments. Additionally, we have a link transformer configuration in place to transform the href of these pages which is also not working (maybe because rewrites are not happening) (as shown in the attached screenshot). Can anyone please help on how to make it work in AEM cloud publish environments ?Also, wha
