I am using AEM 6.5 , service package 6.5.17. Its a AEM SPA with React project. We have a requirement to fetch a json from a third-party API. But, we do not want to expose the URL of the third-party. We are trying to avoid fetching this information from UI->AEM-> Third-party. I came across this blog to use ReverseProxy https://medium.com/@ryamsousa.123/configuring-proxy-in-aem-dispatcher-for-integration-with-external-apis-0aa0eaabfc4a Wondering if there are other ways to it on CDN level itself. We are using AEM Cloud.

Good Evening! I am working in Livecycle Designer ES4. My all fioelds are working however my DropDownList2 is selecting email however not adding email to cc when I hit submit. I made a form with Submit button (added HR Email), Location, and managers name drop down button, managers email dropdown button.I need the form to be submitted to the manager of the location based on Location selection. And I am looking for auto selection(want to hide these 2 fields) of managers name drop down button, managers email dropdown button based on location selection.managers name drop down button, managers email dropdown button. I added one Submit Button to Send Email to HR every time. Additionally, I need to keep location manager in cc based on location selection, the manager name is populating depending upon location selection.  I added actions to my Location field and Manager Name - Manager' Email Address are dependent selection based on Location Field. We currently have next generation dynamic media set up, and we're trying to do some custom work for PDFs. What we're not sure about is how to get the proper link for PDFs. Our assets come from a delivery URL like this:delivery-p12345-e12345.adobeaemcloud.com/adobe/dynamicmedia/deliver/urn:aaid:aem:12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789abc/Report.pdf This loads the first page just fine, but it doesn't allow users to view the rest of the pages or download the pdf. After copying a component in AEM 6.5, I cannot see the paste option.

I am facing compilation error after upgrading uber jar version from 6.5.0 to 6.5.15. Updated Uber jar<dependency> <groupId>com.adobe.aem</groupId> <artifactId>uber-jar</artifactId> <version>6.5.15</version> <scope>provided</scope> </dependency> After updated uber I tried to compile the code but ended up with below error,  [ERROR] COMPILATION ERROR : [INFO] -------------------------------------------------------------[ERROR] ImageRender.java:[326,42] cannot access org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLDocument  class file for org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLDocument not found I thought the latest version removed this org.apache.poi.ooxml.POIXMLDocument so I manually added below dependency to resolve the issue     <dependency> <groupId>org.apache.poi</groupId> <artifactId>poi-ooxml</artifactId> <version>3.17</version>

I have a requirement to create a Gujrarti, Bengali and other language copy in AEM accordingly we would be creating the live copy for the same I tried overlaying /libs/wcm/core/resources/languages to /apps/wcm/core/resources/languages.  I have added Gujrati Configuration but still I can't see the Gujrati Language while creating the language copy.  

I just want to call aem ootp api like '/libs/wcm/core/content/reference.json' by java code in author. Are there any convenient ways to do this? 

Hi Team, Please help me to understand that if I have three clientlibs ( Clientlib A, Clientlib B, Clientlib C),for Clientlib A I am using both the properties like dependency = Clientlib B as well as embed = Cliebtlib B. So which property will have more precendency our of this if i am using both at the same time on a single cliebtlib ?

Hi Team,The client wants to integrate a page from outside AEM into their AEM domain,www.mysamplewebsite.com.On the landing page of above URL, there's a CTA button that, upon clicking, should direct to a new page within the same domain, specifically www.mysamplewebsite.com/readme-tool-kit. The client intends to maintain the existing page (readme-tool-kit) without developing AEM components or templates for it. They're asking whether it's feasible to store the package containing the page (readme-tool-kit) on the same cloud instance as AEM, and configure the Dispatcher to serve this page under the specified URL within the same AEM domain (www.mysamplewebsite.com/readme-tool-kit.). This is for the AEM cloud version. ThanksJ  

Hi Team I am working on a task where I have content fragment on which I can run a workflow for approval of content or reject.  The flow should be like below CF Makers -- creates CF -- triggers the workflow -- notification will be sent CF Reviewers -- checks the notification -- approves and activates the CF CF Makers -- creates CF -- triggers the workflow -- notification will be sent CF Reviewers -- checks the notification -- reject and notification will be sent to the workflow initator. I have created the below workflow however it is not working as expected and notifications of CF reviewer side not getting cleared.   Please advise the right steps. Thanks in advance.

Hello Team When a user a install a package using package manager, set merge as a default mode of the package. I know we can edit package and change the mode.  Please suggest if there is any other way.Thanks! 

HI,on Aem 6.4 I call up a page at the following url: https://dominio/content/test/page.infinity.jsonOriginally it returned all the content of the page in json format:  .... but now it returns the data to me as follows:["/content/.../object.7.json","/content/.../object.6.json","/content/.../object.5.json","/content/.../object.4.json","/content/.../object.3.json","/content/.../object.2.json","/content/.../object.1.json","/content/.../object.0.json"] Only new components have been added to the page.How can I go back to the old result?Thank you

Hi Team,I have received vanilla AEM sdk jar (not using licence.properties along with the jar) and renamed the jar into aem-author-p4502.jar then i started the instance by the command java -jar aem-author-p4502.jar.The instance started successfully, and the bundles are up and running and pages are loading as expected.There are no errors observed in error.logs file. However, after shutdown (Ctrl+C), when I tried to start the instance from start.bat or quickstart.bat, the command prompt window briefly appears and then disappears without any further action. Essentially, I'm unable to restart the instance once I've stopped it following the initial startup. not using licence.properties along with the jarWindows machinejava version "11.0.21" 2023-10-17 LTSaem-sdk-quickstart-2023.12.14697.20231215T125030Z-231200.jar  Thanks in advance. 

I recently joined a company and there is a website already published.  I was told that the company does not have Dynamic Media, but some of the assets are served up by Dynamic Media. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am using Core Form Container to build a simple form. Upon submission of the form, without reloading the page, the next section—essentially a result based on the initial input values—should appear. On the left side section, the initial input field should reappear with the exact values the user entered earlier. I have created the dynamic form and subforms in it. I am using a Dynamic table as well with total sum calculation. I have spent a lot of time but couldn't figure out the problem. I am facing the issues,1. Page Breaks for DynamicSubForm is showing an error. 2. Is it possible to update calculation script so that it automatically subtracts removedinstance value from the total field?  Your help is so much important for me.
