From My servlet getting ResourceResolver object and passing as a parameter to service class method, Getting veracode issue at my service class method stating at CWE-99 Resource Injection Issue with syntax resourceResolver.getResource(oldDocsPath); Please find the below screen shots from servlet to  service class. Hi Members,In the current version of AEM 6.4.8 that I am using, the responsive alternate text feature for all the Image based components are somehow not working. What I mean to say is that, when we hover over the Image the Alternate text for the Image is not appearing. Any idea, why this issue is happening or if anyone has faced a similar issue such as this in past and can suggest a way to resolve it.Thanks.

Lets say, I have added some value in the dialog and it gets stored in /var/workflow/instances/server0/2024-03-26/test-asset-publish-_6/history/1e7a5abf-20ce-46bc-bf1c-621d816f6809/workItem/metaData. Now how to access these values in my process?

How can I add a custom attribute to the dialog element? We typically use attributes like granite:class, Id, and title. Hi Team,  We observed that SAML users are getting created in crx with random IDs instead of email. If you have a look at above picture, rep:authorizableId, rep:principalName values should be like below.rep:authorizableId = virat.kohli@gmail.comrep:principalName = Virat Kohli But in our case we are seeing these random IDs instead of email id and name. Hi, I am creating new ui.frontend module in the existing project. i have copied the ui.frontend module from other project and made some changes to ui.frontend/pom.xml and parent pom.xml I have made some changes but still build is getting failed.  [webpack-cli] Failed to load '\ui.frontend\webpack.prod.js' config[ERROR] [webpack-cli] \ui.frontend\node_modules\eslint-webpack-plugin\node_modules\jest-worker\build\index.js:110[ERROR] _ending; I tried to uninstall the node module and package-lock.json file and run the mvn clean install.   sometimes I am getting refused to delete the node_moduel  can any help me on this.   

Hello,   A while ago, we conducted a proof of concept (POC) using WKND, successfully logging into the WKND site on publish using a username and password. However, it has abruptly ceased functioning and now returns a 204 No Content error.   Only log observed in dispatcher is "POST /system/sling/login/j_security_check HTTP/1.1" 204 - "https://publish-p47369-e228224.adobeaemcloud.com/content/wknd/language-masters/en/magazine.html"    Following config us available on the dispatcher # Allow j_security check for login/0103 { /type "allow" /method "POST" /url "/system/sling/login/j_security_check" } What might we be overlooking?

Hi Team, I wanted to explore different OOTB contextHub stores available in AEM, as part of it I tried to enable tagcloud ui mode and added tagcloud UI module. Also configured tagcloud store to my project. My local AEM version is 6.5.17.0. But I do not see tagcloud UI in ContextHub toolbar.Came across a post which mentioned tagcloud doesn't work in AEM 6.5.Can someone help me.

HI All,  I am trying to setup activity with two experiences. Experiences differ in component styles only. For example, showing a list component in grid mode or simple list mode. This need to be achieved from style system and pre-defined styles on list component.  Problem is when I go into targeting mode style icon is not available on the component. How to achieve this ?

It runs on AEM 6.5 with sp19.Another consulting company conducted a WAPT on the site.While calling a service exposed by a servlet implemented in our code base, they faced an error. Hi everyone,I have created a simple custom iframe component as such - <iframe id="iframe-test" class="embed-iframe iframe-main" src="${properties.url}" style="width:100%;border:none;" allowfullscreen> </iframe> In editor mode I am unable to edit other components while this iframe component is loading. Is it possible to make this iframe loading asynchronous in editor mode? so that I can author other components while this iframe is loading? The iframe behaves asynchronously in view as published mode and in publisher. 

Hi,1. Is it possible to generate thumbnail for word documents and excel without writing any custom workflow/servlet?2. I have modified the update asset workflow to generate custom rendition of thumbnails (Added thumbnail arguments 120:120:false under Thumbnail process step). But when I upload image under rendition tabs in DAM, I do not see my custom thumbnail rendition getting generated. Is there a way to generate custom thumbnail rendition when we upload image manually.Regards,Ruben Fernando

Want to hear thoughts around , on a publish instance, What’s the best way to secure the json exported via content services - .model.json and the custom exporter framework (using the annotation) ? I tend to consider json exported using exporter json as well to be an extension of content services and hence part of content services.For the latter, (exporter annotations),  I understand one can customize the exported json to have what is needed to be exported , but is there a way to secure the json exported to have only certain folks access it ? Is it based on the resource type set within annotation that security is added? Typically, when one exposes a servlet ,the res type is something that enables security as I gather among other ways such as service amended user account and api checks.

Hello Team, I was checking AEM CIF integration with Adobe Commerce(Magento 2). I was able to install CIF packages in my local AEM instance. But, I cannot install Magento2 and related software's in my system. HI, in Adobe Aem 6.5 cloud version I would like to create a customized ModelExporter to export some page contents to json. I would like my ModelExporter to respond to the following url: http://localhost:4502/content/my-page.my-seolector.my-extension where my-seolector sees to be different from "model" and my-extension different from "json ". I tried to make a mapping of the following type but it doesn't work: @Model(adaptables = SlingHttpServletRequest.class, defaultInjectionStrategy = DefaultInjectionStrategy.OPTIONAL, resourceType = "xxx/components/structure/page")@3484101(name = "jackson", selector = "my-seolector", extensions = "my-extension", options = { @ExporterOption(name = "SerializationFeature.WRAP_ROOT_VALUE", value = "true")}) Could you tell me how to do it? Thank you

I have created one dropdown component having two option IMG1 & IMG2 . On selection of IMG1 Option specified image (/content/dam/demo/sampleImage1.jpg) should get rendered in the dialog box of the component and On selection of IMG2 Option specified image (/content/dam/demo/sampleImage2.jpg) should get rendered. I have tried adding JS things but I didn't got expected result .Could anyone tell me how can we do it ?
