Hello,I'm having a hard time getting remote debugging to work in vscode for my local AEM instance which is running inside a docker container.I have tried various configurations and when I try to connect I get the "com.dun.jdi.connect.spi.closedconnectionexception" error ( see attached). Hi,  I am doing an internal project to connect a magento sandbox to an AEMaaCS sandbox to test out the use of CIF components. I am building it locally and am using the latest AEMaaCS download, and the latest CIF plugin. My project is pretty basic with only core components and core CIF components enabled. It was built using the Adobe Archetype with commerce enabled. While the project builds and installs properly, I get a few problems. The navigation header keeps coming up with a comparison error. I ended up removing the navigation component for now, but i did add a CIF product component to a page, and in the editorial interface it allows me to search the products on the magento server and choose the one that I want to visualise, however when I do view as published it says "No Product Found" I did a bit of debugging on the ProductImpl class, and can see it getting called, however the self bound MagentoGraphqlClient is null, hence it can't find the conte

Hi All,Our project's AEM DAM has PSD images of huge size(each image of size more than 15/20 MB) which we are transforming using AEM ACS Commons Named image transformer to convert into PNG format (on pages where transparency is required) and into JPG format in other pages. We are looking if there is any approach/solution available OOTB in AEM where JPG images can have transparent background?

Hi,my AEM bundle is not starting on local due to "org.apache.sling.servlets.annotations -- Cannot be resolved".I can't find any bundle exporting "org.apache.sling.servlets.annotations". The package is needed for using SlingServletFilter.I wonder what I might miss because it was already running like 2 months ago and I haven't done any changes. I even installed the latest AEM SDK but still the same error.Can you help please, how that missing bundle/package could be added?Thanks,Peter

I am trying to fetch privileges for a group using JackrabbitAccessControlManager API. It works fine in local and other instances but does not result in one of the instances. Below is the code snippet i am using,JackrabbitAccessControlManager acm = (JackrabbitAccessControlManager) adminSession.getAccessControlManager();Privilege[] privileges = acm.getPrivileges(path, principals); I have tried checking if the path and principals results correctly, also at that instance if the respective principal have the permissions and it is all correct.This is used in AEMaaCS. Any help is much appreciated.

In AEM 6.4 to roll-out blue print pages there is no option in Touch enabled UI of siteadmin, authors needs to open the page and click on page properties to rollout the pages or need to use classic UI siteadmin and roll-out the page.Follow below changes to enabled the roll-out option in touch-enabled siteadmin and give flexibility for authors to roll-out the page/s instead of going to siteadmin or using page properties in page.1) Overlay below path from /libs to /apps    /apps/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/actions/selection2) Add rollout node (nt:unstructured) under selection with values as shown below (Mostly I used open properties /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/actions/selection/open)3) Add data node (nt:unstructured) under rollout node with values as shown below4) Once above changes are done, we can see the rollout option in Touch UI siteadmin5) I am opening the rollout page in new window so that authors can come back to previous window to make changes to other pages.

We are trying to make the vanity url works on both publish and dispatcher servers.  Download and installed the VanityURLS-Components package and followed all the steps that documented. The vanity url is working only when we delete or comment the below rewrite rule  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/apps  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/bin  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/content  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/etc  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/home  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/libs  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/tmp  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/var  #RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ /content/myproject/$1 [PT,L] But the above commented rewrite rule is required to allow only /content path. Dispatcher filter will reject any request that is not started with /content. With that even etc sling mapping also could not help because the request is not blocked at dispatcher level and not reached publish server.Is there any other way to handle this witho

We have a multifield content fragment and we are using Assets HTTP API in order to update this content fragment. We want to specifically update just the 2nd String from the list of multifield values but the PUT call request is expecting the entire request body.  Is there a way to just target the second value? Hi Team, We have integrated our AEM instance with Dynamic media for image serving capabilities. Some of our images will have onTime associated and these assets should be visible only from that time . We use the OOTB ontime/offtime capabilties but when the images are published ontime is not honored in DM  it goes live through dynamic media immediately .This is the existing product behavior https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/KA-21180.html?lang=en Any suggestions on preventing these assets from getting synced before onTime is reached to avoid accidental publishing or any possibilities of introducing a pre processor before asset published to scene7/dynamic media. From what i could find in the OOTB methods AEM uses an eventhandler and does the syncing to DM through a job in case of activation of an asset .Please let me know your thoughts on the same

we are in process of migration of project from AMS to cloud in AEM.while security review , we are getting access-control-allow-origin: * , while accessing the content/dam images, which is a high security issue.we are not setting this in our dispatcher, but we are still getting this.Do we have any solution for this.Guessing is it coming from the internal Fastly's CDN?
