Hello Team, We're on 6.5.14, We have content fragments like news/articles, as part of authoring, authors associcate the assets like images or tags to CFs. And to publish these CFs we use custom workflow for approval. CFs is publishing fine after approval but the assoicated assets like images / tags aren't publishing. And more ever, in the DAM no way to select the reference assets while creating workflow (assets workflow isn't a wizard like page workflow). Is there way to publish the references of CFs in custom workflow .? Thanks,Venkat

Recently one of my clients faced an issue with AEM Author being unresponsive. The issue was resolved by restarting the server. However it was observed that before the server went down, there has been some authoring activity which was going on primarily around adding images and text in an accordion. The client had loaded around 60+ images and assets inside an accordion.The traces from Adobe also indicated this specific page and the accordion component. What I would like to understand here is, is there any limitations to the accordion component in terms of how many items could be added inside? Or is it an authoring edge case? Or any other possible explanations?

In a post call API, I'm creating an HttpSession object and storing some values in it. Now, is there a way I can use the stored value in my AEM component? The data stored is logged-in user's data, and the requirement is to use that data to populate certain fields in a component. Good morning,I have Adome Aem on premise with 4 Publish machines. I need to ensure that a portion of the page on a web page is not saved in the cache memory of the dispatcher servers.I tried using experience fragments. When I edit and then publish the experience fragments it updates while the web page containing it does not, the cache memory relating to the web page of the dispatcher servers does not update. How can I solve the problem.Thank you

I know some of the indexes are OOTB from Adobe in cqPageLucene.  Is there a way to convert PDFs in the AEM DAM so they are Read Only? Our marketing team uploads editable PDFs into the DAM but they are wondering if there's a script or workflow to modify PDFs to make them read-only after they get uploaded?

I have added a custom index for cqPageLucene but its not showing up on CRXDE after deploying on local. cqPageLucene already has a few indexes. Currently we are on classic UI and my clientlibs and other structures are under the etc folder. We are using the static template. We have initiated project to the upgrade the AEM from classic to touch UI, clientlibs under the ui.frontend package. Along with to this, we also wanted to upgrade to the latest archetype i.e. 47. When I tried to upgrade the archetype, I faced several issues related to jackrabit validation related issues belonging to the node location, node properties (Classic UI dialog related issues) etc.Should I move the nodes, covert the dialog first then go back to upgrade the archetype? Please suggest the sequence. Thank You.

When there is a change in header and footer then all of the site pages gets invalidated in dispatcher. This causes an increase in load on publish instances as dispatcher has to fetch all the pages again to serve new requests. What is the best way to avoid this instant load on publish instances ? Do you guys use re-fetch flush agents ? The incorrect behavior is this node  '/content/example/en_us/sample' is not even replicated but just gets the properties from parent. How to stop inheriting the replication properties from parent node? I would like to have dispatcher agent to be configured on prod author so that I can purge dispatcher cache from author. I have a document with name 'test' which have uuid as 03dc83f9-c9b4-4827-9994-04e7a77c4045 but when I replace document with other document having same name its uuid is change to 4f76908f-c00a-479b-95fa-ce2dba99226c .Is there any way to retain same uuid since I am using document uuid in other application and due to mismatch it is not working properly when someone replace document.

Hi, I'm trying to follow the AEM WKND sites tutorial, I successfully generate the project using archetypeVersion=35 and aemVersion="6.5.0", but after creating the Basic Components page, the page has no content and no component available.
