Hello Everyone,I am having a AEM React SPA. I want to make a user review module. I have design everything need in React. Now I am confused about how I can store data in AEM. So when users come to the page they can see the review that the user has made and Author can review that like approve or disapprove. Please suggest me! How can I do that?  * Note: Can't use ADOBE Forms Addon. As I don't have permission to install any addons and my Admin Team will not allow me to install it. 

Hi Guys, A particular group of users are not given read permission on a particular editable template but want to view the thumbnail on the pages created using the template, is that any way to do that in AEM?      

Hi Community Members, In alignment with SEO best practices, our objective is to enforce specific constraints on the "Name" field within Page Properties. We intend to restrict authors to utilizing lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes exclusively.Additionally, our goal is to prevent the inclusion of consecutive dashes within this field. This restriction applies to both automatically generated names and names manually entered for pages. How can we go about achieving this requirement?

This could result in the site serving 404 errors until the cache is flushed, allowing the dispatcher handler to be able to correctly manage the content. Check and see if mod_negotiation is being used, or if the MultiViews option has been added to the vhost. If it's removed, the dispatcher caching should function correctly.

Hi All, I was integrating AEM instance with Dynamic media server and we are able to setup all the configuration between the two systems and are working well. When i tried to execute the DAM update asset workflow which has scene7 Batch upload step in it , i am getting the below exception. I am not able to get more information on the same apart from one of the pages that describes the exception . Hi All, I have a requirement in which when any author uploads any images in DAM, some predefined image formats would be created for that image in DAM.I have referred Dynamic Media Image Presets but I don't see multiple image formats like EPS, AI, SVG etc. Thanks,SD

I have set the redirect url property for an asset. Now when I author that asset on a page as a CTA or HREF, I want the page to show the redirect url value on hover of the link instead of the asset url authored. I was reading through Apache Output Rewriting Pipelines as an prospective solution but I am finding very limited resources on it to understand the entire workflow and use case. Need your help understand the best solution in this case.

Hi,I have a component and a clientlib for the same. When the component loads, I want to call an ajax API call in the js file (in clientlib) and wait for the result. 1. After the result is obtained, I want to load the component (i.e. execute the html file). How can I achieve this?2. I will have the API result in clientlib js file. How can I access the same inside HTL of that component?Please help.

Hi Community,I am working with AEM 6.5I have written a custom workflow process step to add metadata properties under the asset metadata nodefor Ex: add property title to metadata node with value filename when I Start the Workflow Model on an asset having metadata property dc:title the workflow process is successfully updating the dc:title property with the filename But when I trigger the Workflow Launcher (attached the screenshot) with the same Workflow Model it is unable to override the property dc:title Is there any way or any condition to override the dc:title property while using Workflow Launcher

Hi All We are using REST API in spring service which in-turn calls aem servlet and this servlet executues Assets API to create asset in AEM. In some cases we create 10-15 assets via Rest API call in loop without any delays. Assets size is just 30KB each.Sometimes all assets are created successfully but sometimes API request timeouts. We get exception stating socket time out / Read timeout / bad request. And when we check in AEM though we got exception, behind the scene asset got created. And we have set 500 seconds for http connection timeout but still this is occuring. Anyone any idea or any suggestions what to do here? Thank you.

Hi, Have anyone worked with webp format image for headless AEM cloud? We have trouble with retrieving the image from our solution via GraphQL. We do not have Dynamic Media with AEM. Do we have to get Dynamic Media so that we can use webp images in our solution.

Hi everybody.I'm new to AEM and experimenting with headless mode. I was wondering if there is a way to "attach" a third-party API on a Content Fragment Model making its content Data Driven. The reason to make something like this, is that i want to customize the resulting content JSON, based on the user accessing the page.Is there any light on the end of this tunnel? Or the Content Fragments will always be static after authored?I could also misunderstood the concept involving headless mode. If i do, could you point me to right direction?Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I am having an issue with extracting a sling model variable in Sightly. Here is the code:<sly data-sly-use.utilModel="mysite.UtilModel"/> <div class="image-title" style="background-image: url('${utilModel.imageRef}');"> === Output ===<div class="image-title" style="background-image: url('');"> But if I do the following, I will get the value of the variable:<sly data-sly-use.utilModel="mysite.UtilModel"/> <div>${utilModel.imageRef}</div>=== Output ===<div>/content/dam/camera2-3.jpg</div> I tested a few cases, it looks like the `style=...` has an impact on it. Hello, We have a need to register an Enterprise application (and an application) in Azure AD and configure AEM to use it.  If it is supported by community efforts, that's fine too.  I am ok with trying SAML too however, the instructions online are outdated.  Azure has changed a lot since the instructions were written. Can anybody point me to documentation where I can accomplish this? Thanks,Charles

Hi all,I am trying to add a 3rd party library to our AEM java project. This project is build in Maven. My Maven build runs successfully, but when I import it in AEM, it crashes and cannot find dependencies that come with said 3rd party.My question is about my build. I included the 3rd party library as a dependency,<dependency><groupId>com.fasterxml.jackson.dataformat</groupId><artifactId>jackson-dataformat-xml</artifactId><version>2.9.0</version></dependency>and even add the .jar file as an <Embed-Dependency> package in the pom with <embed-transitive> set.<Embed-Transitive>true</Embed-Transitive><Embed-Dependency>jackson-dataformat-xml;scope=compile|runtime<Embed-Dependency>This embeds the 3rd party .jar file into my AEM bundle build.When I import this package and install into AEM, my bundle doesn't start and shows the below error, which basically says that all the dependencies for my 3rd party library

Hello guys, I have the following situation here: I'm trying to obtain the content of each page, in order to index it to solr documents.This will be used later, so when searching on the site for a word, the client will get the page which contains the text inside page body, for example. Now, the problem is that, while reindexing the content to solr (which means reading page content), I'm getting a certain desynchronization between solr and what the page is actually containing, more exactly: multiple solr documents, contains the same content.Even more details:-> for this implementation I used : SlingRequestProcessor and SlingInternalRequest and they do not have any possibility for synchronization (like wait for response) - SlingInternalRequest seems offer more options for synchronization, but is just an appearance.-> the actual result looks something like this: the result (page content) coming from the request is used for multiple solr documents, instead of each
