Adobe Experience Manager Sites

Hi All, We have a requirement to convert and AEM Site page to PDF when given a sitepage url as an input. We have been trying opensource solutions like iText html2pdf, iTextRenderer, wkhtmltopdf but none of the worked. With itexthtml2pdf we were able to generate pdf but unable to fetch dynamic components such as "Dynamic media powered or coveo powered" also, local AEM often corrupts. Looking for any frontend or backend approaches to generate PDFs. Thanks!

Hi All,I want to replace <b> with <strong> and <i> with <em> in rte in AEM 6.3 SP2. I already tried below solutions but no luck as they all are for AEM 6.1.1. Experiencing Adobe Experience Manager - Day CQ: AEM 61 - Touch UI Rich Text Editor Remove Bold and Add Strong Plugin 2. Overriding '/libs/clientlibs/granite/richtext/core/js/commands/DefaultFormatting.js' with <b> to <strong>3. Adding 'semanticMarkupMap' node in rte for changing of <b> to <strong>.Whenever i author rte in dialog, it changes <b> to <strong> but the moment i click ok or 'view Source', it changes back to <b>.Can you please provide some inputs?

I have a component and it has 7 dialog properties and 5 fields are  straightforward fields and there is no business logic, 2 fields needs some manipulation.  It is return the same way what is authored. I have two options  Case 1 : All 7 fields are simple and return simple string.Method 1 - Use ${properties.prope1}Method 2 - Create sling model class and get the property value, like ${myslinemodel.prop1} Which method is recommended one for Case 1 and why? Case 2 : only 2 fields needs to have some manipulation and 5 fields return simple return Method 1 - Use ${properties.prope1} for simple dialog fields and Use ${myslinemodel.prop2} for the backend manipulationMethod 2 - Use  ${myslinemodel.prop2} for all 7 fields. Which method is recommended one for Case 2 and why? We know both methods works but still wanted to know which method is preferred one.

I am trying to deploy my AEM Cloud repo, but it always fails on the Dev pipeline while the exact same branch works on the Production pipeline.  As you can see below, it passes everything in the "BUILD AND CODE SCANNING" section, so the code itself seems fine. But when it comes to the "NON-PROD DEPLOYMENT" section, it hangs on the status "Artifact is awaiting Deployment" for hours, just to ends with the status "Error".  I download the "Deploy to Dev" error log, but there is no issue that really that stands up to me. The partial error log is below, with the full error log found here.  I am new to AEM Cloud and the deployment process, so kind of out of ideas here. I have a case where I need to create a variable number of parsys in a Sightly component.  Here's the code I am currently trying:<div data-sly-list="${var.List}"> <div class="${item}"> <div data-sly-resource="${'field' + itemList.count @ resourceType='wcm/foundation/components/parsys'}"> </div> </div> </div>which is dying because it cannot parse the "+ itemList.count".  If I take that part off, it only shows one of the two (or three) parsys as editable, but if I add a component to that parsys it will show up the number of times selected.  Any ideas how to separate these parsys from each other?  I would prefer to do it as part of a list, but could be persuaded otherwise if someone provided a good enough solution.Thanks in advance!

I've been working through the wknd tutorials on my local instance and was able to create a new editable template last week and update the policies.  Now I go into the templates that I created and the policy panel doesn't display.  Is there any special permissions for this to display (I'm running as admin)? It doesn't seem to work on any of my AEM instances now.  Could updating windows 10 cause this?  I'm at a loss on what to do. Any advise would greatly be appreciated. I tried to edit one of the we.retail templates too but get no policy panel.  

After Updating to AEM 6.5.10 the Create Page option is not appearing for some pagesI have see some post saying missing jcr:content node can cause this problem but our pages all have this.  Can you please help if someone is facing such issues.
