Hi all,We are trying to setup SAML integration with our Author environment. As i understand, anyone who tries to login, their User account is created and added to the groups mentioned in the SAML configuration post successful authentication with IDP. Now, in case someone outside of our author group has this link and tries to access this, how can i prevent him from being added to the groups i created ?Thanks,Abhishek

Hi All, Hope you all are doing well. I'm trying to use ACS-Commons "Send Templated Email" process in my workflow step to send templated emails. And getting below message in the logs:"Mail template path [ /apps/workflows/templates/email-templates/send-to-approver.txt ] could not resolve to a valid template"SMTP is enabled and I'm able to send emails from that environment. Hi All,I’m facing an issue with Live Copy. When I use the Live Copy Create option from the Sites console to create a live copy from the language master to the live copy hierarchy, the page gets created, but the content is not being pushed automatically. This issue occurs only with certain templates.The content appears in the live copy page only after I manually roll it out. I have checked the page properties, and everything seems to be configured correctly, including the rollout configuration. Despite my investigation, I couldn’t find a solution.I would appreciate any insights or suggestions to resolve this issue.Thanks,Abhishek

Hi all,Bear with me, I am fairly new to both Dynamics 365 and this connector.I have run into a bit of an issue.So I've done the following:Configured my Microsoft Dynamics O-Data Cloud Service Created a Form Data Model Made some associations with some of the EntitiesConfigured Submit Action to "Submit to a Form Data Model" What I was expecting: For everything to work perfectly without a hassle.What I got: Submission only happens to the Entity configured in the Submit action of the adaptive form despite the associations to any other Entity. (Hassle)What else I tried: Submitting through "Invoke service"(My idea was for invoke service to return an id of newly submitted entry  and assign it to a hidden field then make another call to submit to the Associated Entity using that Id). But that didn't work out well as per the following screenshot. 🙄   I went confidently to my Service to configure the return type but that was grayed out🙄 So

I have a event listener class to call a service method as below. This piece of code works well and calls the service method when the event is triggered. But,when this code went through the automatic code scanning tool sonar cube in Adobe cloud, we got a critical finding on the resolver object declaration as highlighted in bold red below. In Scene7 VAT, it says "You can import a UV map you created with 3D Studio MAX. The imported file must be in .RLA format. This feature is for advanced users only." I was not able to more detailed explaining/tutorial on the process and kept fail to create an acceptable RLA UV map file. Is there any resource I can get to learn/use this approach?

Hi Team,I have a requirement where we have timer on page, we have to display the content1 (div1) during the timer running and on completion of timer, the page should refresh and display the different content (div 2).This is working fine on author but on runway page the content is not changing after refresh. I know it is happening because of caching (after adding query parameters on URL it's working fine). Is there a way to fix this issue? 

In edit mode the page gives me the ability to scroll up and down, while in view as published mode no, not to the top of the page. The only way to see it all is to make the browser page smaller

Hi all, We have multiple sites and pages within the sites sharing the same templates, and we understand we need to assign an experience fragment to a template. We are wondering if it is possible, and if so how, to implement more than one experience fragment header on a single template, and direct which pages should use a certain experience header?  Thank you!Lauren

Default checked state is not appearing for coral checkboxes"granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/checkbox"but it's working fine for granite foundation one. i.e. granite/ui/components/foundation/form/checkbox. I've tried many ways (e.g. checked (string) property setting as true, defaultChecked / uncheckedValue etc.) but nothing is working. One thing noticed that, "checked" property has type  ' booleanel ' while in JCR, only boolean is available;not the expression lang type. So,is it causing any issue?  Any pointers on this will be really helpful.

I am creating a resource listener that checks on the creation of a content fragment, it will automatically create the relevant page in the correct location and attach the fragment to the page so it can be rendered by the template. This is on AEMaaCS: I want to make it so that the page is automatically published to the preview server so that i can then create a workflow passing the preview server details as part of a review process. I can't see how using the replication service I can publish to the preview server.

what do you guys think about these?What features in Premiere Pro or After Effects do you find most useful for adding subtitles?Have you tried Adobe's Speech to Text tool?How accurate do you find it for different languages?Do you prefer to import subtitles (SRT/TTML) or create them manually within Adobe software?What challenges do you face when localizing subtitles in Adobe tools?Are there any plugins or third-party tools you use to improve the workflow?  

Hi Team,We have a bunch of static pages with rich CSS and JS. As part of the migration to AEM as a Cloud Service, the customer needs to get the same pages in AEM. We don't need to create specific components; the pages should render as they are.One suggestion I have received is to create a new template and a page component, then add the HTML, CSS, and JS to the HTML to render the page. Is there a better approach to handle this scenario? We have around 18 static pages.Thanks  

Hello, I am using the Content Transfer Tool to migrate assets from AEM on-premise to AEM Cloud. Is there a way to set up a destination folder to define where I want the assets to be migrated? So far I only saw that you can set the environment and that the assets will be migrated under the same folder structure as provided in the content set configuration. If this is not available to be configured in the tool, what other alternatives are there to accomplish this use case? Many thanks,Ana

Hi, We have discovered an issue where even after rolling out a folder from global level to livecopy, status is successful but content fragment in folder is not updated with the content of global content. Before rolling out, all the folders in the live copy were installed from dev to uat using package manager. Post that, we observed below details. AEM Cloud UAT Environment Content fragment global path - content/dam/project/language-masters/en_us/brand-copy/address/activationLive copy path - content/dam/project/en_us/brand1/address/activation Global Content fragment - Created on Feb 28, 2024 and Modified on August 28, 2024Live Copy Content Fragment - Created on Nov 19, 2024 and Modified on November 8, 2024 My query is are the above timestamps causing the content not be updated in live copy due to the fact that live copy date modified is later to that of global?Or is there any other issue when rolling out content fragments using stand rollout config
